I got my wise card on friday,
I try to register http://www.hlb.com.my/ without a ATM pin number.
I able to login to the hlb connect,
able to view transaction but unable to make bill payment such as tnb or syabas.

So i made a phone call to customer services.
the representative said that i have get a 6-digit pin number from HLB branch and register again, in order to make bill payment.

What a joke! and because since then i already register using the same credit card 16-digit number (without 6 digit PIN ) before,
I wonder if their system able to let me register again with a given 6-digit PIN and join both account.

Not sure if anyone know what i am talking about or anyone experience this situation.

CS is bullshitting you. basically you cannot use cards to pay bills in HL connect.
you cannot use HL connect MOBILE also. that requires a DEBIT ATM card to get internet pin from atm.

if you only have WISE card, you can only use HL connect.

if you want to pay bills. use payonline.uob.com.my

Can HLB portal support the bill payment? Or need to do it via UOB Online? Any additional charges to use UOB portal?
*
HL connect cannot use credit card for bills.
only UOB pay online. no charges.

https://payonline.uob.com.my/payonline/static_html/faq.htm#A
13.

Is there a fee for using PayOnline?

No, there is NO CHARGE for using PayOnline - the service is brought to you free of charge. You can make payments via your credit card for any number of bills, up to any number of transactions at anytime of the day.

Digi & Unifi web portal can break down payment into smaller amount, as well as TMpoint machine.

I've only been observing the transaction dates and posting dates for my swipes since I got this card, and all of them have a difference of 2 to 3 days. Is this normal? This would mean I have to hit the 10 swipes by the 26th or 27th of each month to be safe...

Let's say my RM50 purchase was on the 28th of dec, and the posting date is 1 jan. This transaction will DEFINITELY be counted as one swipe for january right?
*
it will definitely be posted on 30th of dec or 31st dec. haha.

2 to 3 days is normal. ONLY EXCEPTION is this

[attachmentid=3813676]

the important info are:-
AEON supermarket, Ipoh, Kinta city,  is considered groceries
Maxis & celcom online payment are under mobile. just reconfirm only.

parkson ipoh parade showed nothing, what does it mean?
*
I think if you didn't select departmental. it won't show.

so it's safe to say AEON is all under groceries now. at least the supermarket ground floor side.
