This is the same thign that happen to my friend when he got his first statement.
The Category chosen weren't on the system... lucky for him, HLB had credit back the 10% rebate manually.

Before swiping, best to call HLB a few times (different days/time) to "reverify" the correct chosen categories.

Rebate is reflected in the Online Transaction History also... Posted on 28th of each month.
The chosen category will be shown on paper statement only.

Do you hold HLB WISE Card ? Why would your HLB WISE Card expires in April 2014 ???
This HLB WISE Card was introduce about 1+ years ago.

You don't count that way... each category you add the total x 10% and round-up to nearest RM1.

Mobile transaction : RM29.90 --> Rebate : RM3.00
Petrol transaction : RM208.73 --> Rebate : RM21.00
Grocery transaction : RM393.82 ---> Rebate : RM39.00

The highlighted transactions = to those labelled on your Paper Statement ?
