I called n checked: no rebate, non dibs n only cover legal on snp.

I used to be an agent @ Kelana Putri & Putra

Watch the price go from 280k > 320k > 340k ( Sold 2 ) > 380K > 400k ( Sold 1 ) > 450K > 500K

Sob Sob, simply buy that time also ho seh liao, watch oppurtunity fly past me.

Read from other forum come with 2 carpark but in separate building (what does that mean?)

And maintenance fee is 55sen psf!!

and i thought zenith at 35 cents is way over comparing the maintenance fees are just 20 cents around here. and here comes the record breaker..
