Well, the only way to counter these crazy pricing is to stop the buying. As long as the buying continues, developers will continue to raise prices.

I was in paradigm mall and stopped by WCT showroom there. Smallest 756sqft 1+1room. Rm1000psf... For leasehold and kelang jaya? Still have not digest the pricing yet. Until now also cannot digest icon pricing also.

Compared to icon, this is much more worth it.
Well, why stop at 1000psf? Is it one phase only or multiple phases for this project? Might as well go all the way until 1500psf. Lol. |

If u visit there, you can see the progress is encouraging..may be wct overrate their own paradigm mall.
