Well, the only way to counter these crazy pricing is to stop the buying. As long as the buying continues, developers will continue to raise prices.

I was in paradigm mall and stopped by WCT showroom there. Smallest 756sqft 1+1room. Rm1000psf... For leasehold and kelang jaya? Still have not digest the pricing yet. Until now also cannot digest icon pricing also.

Well, why stop at 1000psf?
Is it one phase only or multiple phases for this project?
Might as well go all the way until 1500psf. Lol.

better do not underestimate the development, because it will be developed phase by phase, having residence, business tower and 4 star business hotel together with paradigm mall. If u visit there, you can see the progress is encouraging..

But what i am interested is the subsale nearby, especially kelana puteri cos it is still not that expansive at the moment.

Wct now run by very greedy guy..not the 2 year ago Wct.

Last time Wct price always lower than ioi. i&p. gamudaland. sime darby ... Wct build up also always bigger. where the peng leng jeng ?

Thier SA price next to BK jusco also launching very expensive. new benchmarks in south klang.
