I met with the sale person yesterday. He said there was contemplation of raising to rm280 but they now decided to maintain it at rm180.

The place is nice, but finishing is quite cheap. of course, no chance of getting landed property for that price anymore. access to its location is worrying.

So if bumi lot still available, would they release it to the non-bumi if no bumis want to buy?? I had my heart set on one unit, but when the row was release, agent told me it was a bumi lot! i was very disappointed.
