1) Just received the letter of payment for BIRCH unit.

so fast they have completed 20% edy.

But very strange, i bought tat unit for 488,880
but applied loan with price of 508,880

so first payment i made was Rm 3000 booking + Rm 45,880= Rm 48,880 and it is written in that letter 10%.
but last two days asking me to pay another 10% which is 50,880?

so my 10% is 48,880 or 50,880?

how Mah Sing going to rebate that Rm 20,000 to me?



2) I recommended my friend to buy another unit. Supposed to get Rm 2k rebate. How is Mah Sing going to rebate that 2K since now Birch is already building up and asking purchaser to make the payment?

Yes, It will be released somewhere around June or July 2016 but for inner area.. think so is type B1.. so another one is later on somewhere on October or November 2016.
