Just booked a unit today!

Never have thought or survey about MR2 nor MR1. Was lazying in the house till 4pm and decided to make a random visit to Rawang. Then came across M Residence @ Rawang. Set on GPS and go from Sungai Buloh.

Reach there about 4:30pm. Went in and check it out. Visit the show unit and bare unit. Was really impressed by the show unit. After some discussion with the SA, put on booking fees without further considerations. For the price of RM458,000, I don't think I get get any great deal in Klang Valley.

Getting this MR2 is really UNEXPECTED but hey, no one know what is gonna happen in 3 years time (2016). How much this house is worth? Will I stay in? How far from Kuala Lumpur? What is the surrounding development and so on... Without asking this, I put on the booking and get the loan application started.

Well, after reached home, been looking up and down about MR1 & 2 and some nearby development, I don't think I will regret! In fact, I am proud to booked it. Is now or never.

If you need any advise, ask me. I will be going up and down through out the weekend to do more survey. By the way, my Sales Agent is Sebastian. Look for him if you need advise. He is very professional and helpful. If anyone wanna share BGB bonus, please pm me...

Hi,i know this post is coming after good 1yr. I am confused if buying a property under M residence 2 is a good investment or otherwise. I have booked corner lot of Alpine 1 priced at 750k++ with 7 percent rebate of the downpayment.what are your thoughts about this property? Especially being leasehold and nt sure if the property price will appreciate. Did u buy the house!?

Hi I am contemplating to buy a corner unit at M residence 2. It will costs me about 750k. My concern is-if this is a good investment taking into account it's leasehold property as well the distance it is from kl. I work in sentral kl area. Thus im weighing all the pros and cons. It will be great to hear what the rest here has to say.

What I am aware of is the proposed LATAR exit connecting bdr tasik puteri to kl/duta which will make the distance 25min from kl to rawang. Apparently this will be ready in 2015. I viewed the show unit, its a decent unit with land and contemporary design. To get a similar type in klang valley,it will be nothing less than 1million and increasing...

Hahahahha. I'm just rather interested in finding if M residence 2 is indeed a worthy investment. M residence 1 was freehold. This is the opposite.

Hi cheah- yes u are right on that. However having a property which is leasehold is not really advisable unless we have no option. I may not live till 99 yrs old but assuming I intend to sell the property when the remaining tenure is 50yrs,there may not be many buyers wanting to purchase the property as extension will be needed in future-that too by paying a premium to the state.
