oh..really...sorry for the mistake then.. biggrin.gif ..all along i thought MS are introducing a concept somewhat like EM...a FH land and later will apply for stratification from Land Office for implementation of G&G under the Strata Act...if MR is FH with individual title means their G&G is managed by their own RA then..
