well the problem with the demand is because mainly
1. Far (maybe now but not later, as you get to stay in a house instead of a condo)
2. Leasehold (can't do much on this, anyway i belief even if it's a freehold title also got risk being treated as leasehold when the land is scarce in the city)
3. Price is acceptable for G&G semi-D but higher if the owner doesn't demand G&G.
4. still under-developed

But.. if you can see the recent development in Rawang..
just put more hope as the construction is going on.. people who moved to MR1 will eventually get the opportunity to suggest or put more money to develop the township(if they're a business man) hmm.gif
