yea i know due to strata but i just think for landed to take 3 years is still consider long. Can we expect 2.5 yrs?

If I`m not mistaken Kinrara Residence and the Perdana Residence also around 2.5 yrs right?

It would be a massive RM 280 x 456 units = RM 127,800 fee collected per month and this sum is more than enough to maintain a 450 units of medium high end to high end condo with more facilities such as swimming pool, gym room and etc.

Yes DMC First Schedule will also state the monthly service charge.

Not to forget the club house will be shared with other phases of link houses, cluster & semi D.

So rough estimate the fee to be collected for MR2 will be more than RM300k/mth.

What to maintain oh?
