Agree, read details it is a affordable scheme and for living purpose.
If anyone visit during the event. Can help to ask.about the club house facilities whether is also share with apartment also? Thinking are they willing to pay higher maintenance fee. |

The small club house already serve around 1000+ people if combine phase 1-4 (apline, birch, caspia and dalea).
If also share by apartment, then might hit to 2000+ people sharing? It might be too small already (assume MR1 club house size). Knowing that other township also will have high rise like apartment or condo build within. Pro is to have higher population to the area. But normally they have their own facilities since apartment / condo itself already have few hundreds units. |
