Wow, nice view of the lake. Do you need to drive in to see that site?
*
Yes, you can drive in now. But only up to the lake side.
They have a small place for you to park your car just in front the lake view.

Rumah Selangorku ground breaking ceremony on 15 May at M Residence 2, by Menteri Besar Azmin Ali. Its a low cost apartment starting 170k. Saw the advertisement.

Are they building it on MR2 strata titled land, or where?
*
Where is the source come from? Which part of mr2?
Thought strata title land should have more privacy?

If anyone visit during the event. Can help to ask.about the club house facilities whether is also share with apartment also?
Thinking are they willing to pay higher maintenance fee.

Yes, affordable house is from government and is different from low cost.
And this is not for rent and transfer within 5 years. Is to help those wish to own their home and for living purpose smile.gif

The small club house already serve around 1000+ people if combine phase 1-4 (apline, birch, caspia and dalea).

If also share by apartment, then might hit to 2000+ people sharing?
It might be too small already (assume MR1 club house size).
Knowing that other township also will have high rise like apartment or condo build within. Pro is to have higher population to the area.
But normally they have their own facilities since apartment / condo itself already have few hundreds units.

There are already 1000+ units?

Wow! The shops outside should be able to get some biz like hair cuts and healthy timsum stalls.
*
Rough calculation only, alpine and birch total around 700. Caspia and dalea total around 200. Total 4 phase around 1000.

Yes, more population is good.

Play ground, surau and multipurpose hall can be within apartment area.
They not mention like swimming pool, gym and etc which is in our club house.

Did you see the link Selangorku ? Sure to kena migraine with this news.
*
Just hope this bring positive impact on MR2.
Other development now also build landed, then build high rise within the township.
Eg, setia ecohill, ioi bandar puteri bangi, mah sing south ville city, desa park city.

All also build high rise to boost the population, ensure enough population support for the commercial.

But normally they don't share the club house or facilities with high rise.

Agree, high speed broadband, mrt, wider and better road condition, new highway and etc.
Hope higher population helps.

All these will benefit to residents.

Just wondering guys, any buyer here M1 or M2 actually work in KL but bought M1 or M2 for family staying purposes? Im confused here with the traffic and roads around Rawang. Not very familiar but planning to get M2 yet still doubting about my job in KL.
*
Yes, i work in kl. Try yourselves to go there and back to kl see whether u can accept the distance or not.
I can accept but many can't.

For the price tag, environment, club house and g&g concept.
I'm satisfy with it.

Haha. Actually i live cheras but near to kl. 10 mins to klcc if no jam. Not really near to south kl.

Therefore i try jalan duta and duke to mr2, can't say near but still acceptable. Both reaxh around 45 mins if no jam.

But heard many times people say. Wah rawang so far.
Recently able to drive it mr2 once. Really no regret.

Why birch faster than alpine?
*
Alpine should be VP soon since other member say that road already tar, stop korek.
Birch VP first maybe ms don't want to pay LAD for birch since it actually ready for VP.
