I heard Khairul is the honest SA. Even you sign the SNP now, as long as they dint stamp it, the 3 years still not being count until they provided the stamped copy. My fren case is he signed on dec, feb only got the stamped copy.

Some even waiting more..

So, as long as referral form submitted and comply the T&C, we are entitled for the bonus. This is the clause highlighted to me by SA (Clause 4) that he said a lot did not follow. So, do take note.

you refer to your buyer get buyer form. cos mine csnnot get as my fren booked and paid the booking only then after several days form submitted. void the T&C

Did u aware of this apartment / condo near MR2? Sharing same road, having mosque and big water tank just 1km nearby. Definitely will create jam and the environment will be affected, am I right?

SA wor, this is rumah selangorku. Have u seen other rumah selangorku projects? Hmm.... The road also not very wide. MR2 is leasehold right? Since next to rumah selangorku.... Maybe the road will be parked at roadside due to limited parkings? But it is norm for all the apartment and condo... Perhaps not a good sign for property investor.

Most of the rumah selangorku are rent to others,as u can mentioned also, the income range is 3-10k. The buyer might invest and waiting to rent to others. Hmm.... Just worried mr2 area become mat rempit area... Besides, during early stage MS didn't inform MR2 buyer of the rumah selangorku thst will built nearby. sure because worried the can't sell at good price. those early buyers might be fed up... my fren is one of them... He regret to buy now as previously he is planned to buy Setia Alam also ....To be monitored with worries.... That is what he said.
