ashley young did well imo.. it was the sub that irks me..

[rant]

when MU plays theres this style that is synonym with our game.. we can only identify certain player playing certain role, and these players are usually hard to be replaced.. thats why we always miss the beckham, the nistelrooy, the keane, the ronaldo..

other team i think the players are easily replaced with another and plays the same play that was in a game plan.. these kind of football is the more modern compared to our, more traditional type..

there pros for them is that they can continue pressing the game and play at high tempo, exchanging the position and still plays comfortably..

and that is our cons today.. we certainly didn't switch the game plan eventho we know its not working.. we did not attack from the middle that we usually see from kagawa / cleverley, we most likely rely on the forward to attack them, and giggsy tends to drift to the wide..

when this plan work, it work damn well.. but if not, well, theres the dilemma changing the game plan, or try using another player for the same game plan..

well, the plan did not really work, we sub really late to try to change the game and the plan still did not work after we subbed..

yes maybe im a bit stressed we lost but well.. its because i think our player did well, and i really think we can win this, but we didn't even get a point..

Haven't posted here for a long time.

Watched the game this morning and I feel that SAF took too long to make the substitution. A 40 years old played the whole 90 minutes in a highly competitive match. This says so much about our midfield.

not a surprise result nor really disappointed.. im watched the game in relax mood..

though for the next season..
we desperately need to buy a CM. 2 CMs if SAF still do want to trust the likes of Anderson and Cleverley in big games.
Giggs still an important player for us, but never play him as CM. though he still an awesome winger.

we still in comfortable lead, but we have trickier fixtures than City. GGMU..

oi lose again ah?!! doh.gif

giggs shouldn't have played in this match..only Young looks good in attacking third along with RVP, as for Rooney and Welbeck.. doh.gif
Come on, don't lose it..I run nekkid if Utd dont win the Championship! flex.gif

on a serious note, i think welbz did a great job.. he unsettled the defense.. rooney just got back from injuries.. i prefer we play cleverley or kagawa instead of rooney..

I didn't stay up to watch, but from all accounts it looked like United lost because of their performance and not because City was especially inspired.

bleh blah

as for me, i kinda disappointed at the performance. we gave too much oppurtunity for them to play. kinda weird because played against stronger team than city and yet we still show our attacking football(granted it was more of a reactive/counterattacking football rather than the attack all around, but still)

last time we also shot ourself in the foot and let our 10 point margin to slip. i don't want to see the same shyt to happen again this time around

Welbeck and Young was okay. Rooney still didn't get his form and RVP, all of his corner are way to high. The free kick was nice though, I really thought that its going to go in by its own. I hope his drought end soon.

for me its a balance derby game...tho we shud be in command cos its played at OT...individual brilliance make the difference...its aguero-kun again...yet they celebrate like winning the league...lol...kesian...thats mentality isnt for a champion...thats why they will never be up to our standard...i prefer our style of winning humbly...saf always make the lads to be in check...not to get cocky...great derby...as for the game n line up...we match them up neck to neck tho we hav a lot of room to improve...this team never yet to play full to their potential as i might want to see...but this kind of performance against the remainder games will surely secure us the 20th...no doubt...

suddenly MU got 'down' syndrome already ..

but that makes more interesting to watch the other remaining matches ..

i still dun get it why SAF put Giggs in this game.
Should've sub him out in the 2nd half.

kagawa to rescue

Why this SAF has the habit of doing late sub.
always wait until the match is about to finish, then only put in someone to the rescue.

fed up.
