one or two long ball doesn't really tell the whole story of his game.. i like Rooney as a striker, as a midfield, he lose the ball too much..  apart from the 2nd goal, i don't see rooney's contribution so much AS A MIDFIELD tbh..

i guess i'm the only one who is unhappy with rooney at cm eh? and i was thinking he being substitute for 2 consecutive games shows that..

well oh well.. maybe deep inside i really wanted a proper center midfield.. kagawa is superb linking the midfield and striker..

Frankly, I don't see the logic behind that one 

Players will leave the club eventually, but to say SAF retired at the wrong time and see many players leaving because of it, I don't think it is right to say that. SAF

will have to retire anyway, if not this time. If players, like DDG feels he is not motivated to play under DM, then he can go. Players are brought in because the

manager feels it can improve the squad and be part of United family. No player is bigger than United.

I am also anxious, but excited as well and can't wait for the new season to begin already. To see how United will play under DM, with the players that SAF had

brought in and what kind of personnel that DM will bring in himself. People say he lacks CL experience. Well, if he can maintain United to be the top 2 in PL (at

least), that would be good enough. With that, he can gained as much as CL experience as he can and still maintain status of reigning PL champion. It's no use if

he brought in CL winner's medal but ended up below top 4 in PL. It will be sweet for a while, but   

The best/possible/realistic player as first signing for me should be Fellaini. I don't need to explain how good he is and most importantly, it's the versatility that he provides. It just fills the gap that man utd needed. Just my sense.
