im at ujong pasir.. u know the condo straights court?

i swim there, go to the gym there, if tired can also use the sauna biggrin.gif


im cutting down my training now coz im going college soon
but if u want pure training/non- gym i suggest u go to air keroh, the ns camp

ask permission from the commandant and train with the trainers

oh.... you training at OHM now??? How come man? i tot you training in KL? I last time also used to go OHM, i mean the old one. But the new one i dint really go much. N i prefer to do in MMU, free mah tongue.gif

Anyway, you go on which day? I might can join you after i join the membership, but i'm not hardcore one, so it might be a bit of waste of time for you if i partner with you.

I dont prefer to go there because i kind of have some problem with the boss there last time. I doing my own training program, he kept on saying i not suppose to do that lar, he never see people do that lar, he think i will injure myself lar..... anyway, i still trying it out and he like not happy not happy like that sweat.gif

Ok. Cool! Come join me. The new Ohm gym is awesome! Don't worry about the owner. The old owner is ok. I'm friends with that uncle. But his son, the personal trainer there is a bit cocky but don't worry, i lift a lot more that him so he doesn't say shit to me. I'll pm you my number. It'll be good to work out with you buudy. yeah, i got your pm. It is not i dont want to go there, it is better than MMU gym room. But the thing is i'm a student, financial is beyond my control, i cannot simply spend my pocket money. That's the only problem. I really wish to join you to do gym there, because these days i need to pack more on my chest, lower back, and my leg (not growing actually tongue.gif ).

i went on the non-member hours. You might have seen me before. I kind of active on the last 1st semester, but this semester not that active. I started going for the last 2 weeks around 6pm plus. You can see me playing the pull-up, sit-up and the dips. 1 of the day you will see me playing the clean-and press. I'm the chinese, short black hair and i'm quite short also around 165~170 cm, small size and i kind of wearing the black singlet with the short pants and white sport shoe. You might know who am i. But i'm just ordinary guy, nothing special like some others are big size, got tatoo, or strong body smell etc biggrin.gif

i think i know who you are. you've got big traps and shoulders that is a bit out of propotion compared to the rest of your bod. right right right?

yes, we got this retarded rules. But if you train before in our gym before, you will know why they set this kind of rules. In our gym room, there consist of all kind of races, some are race is big and what i feel for myself is also kind of smelly biggrin.gif So even they allow the male-female mixing, i dont think the girls will want to train there also. Without the female, all the guys there already showing of their off-form-incorrect-lifting. I cannot imagine if got girls there, what kind of funny thing they will do tongue.gif

ermm.... i never train my traps before, so i think i'm not the one that you thinking. And i dont think any part of my body is out of portion, because all of them are small mini size. I do the workout, i dont gain the size, but i gain strength. That's weird.... blink.gif

I had this prob before where my poundages kept going up but my size didn't. Then i realized my old training style was more for fibrillar hypertrophy than sarcoplasmic. Cos my ol style was more akin to powerlifting. I've modified it so now it's more of powerbuilding where i train like a powerlifter but incorporate more periodization into my routines.
