When new devices are launched in the market, I will think twice or three times whether is it necessary to chnge my current device as a lot factors to be consider (family man ya)

agree, nowdays all teens use fancy phone.
I think parent now give too much to the kids.

Day 2 of using my HTC One, love it so far. Best phone I've ever bought so far (I've used iPhone, Desire HD, Galaxy Nexus, Note 2) before this. Absolutely love it

Unlocked bootloader, rooted and loaded with ARHD ROM 4.2

the phone is just sooooo solid bros

the Screen is heaven and earth
you cant even see a single pixel on the HTC One, whereas on the Note 2 you can see the pixels on the icons etc

build wise is very solid, really very solid

one thing HTC One loses out is the quick Toggles to toggle Wifi, Data, Sound, etc which Samsung/TW does very well
but then, all that can be solved with a custom ROM so eventually can settle that, IMO of course

I was unable to find how to disable it. Tried googling and seems no solution. It was easy in Butterfly - in settings/display/gestures  I just choose the recent button as menu and hold down for recent and the 3 dot menu will disappear. But no such option in the HTC one. Went through all the menus in settings, just couldn't find it
I'd like to know too how to disabled it as it auto reduced display size to about 4.5 inch for many of the older apps;  even latest Facebook version is affected too

One is much better by a mile compared to s4.
