KFC is under Kulim, Kulim is under JCorp, owned by Johor Royal Family. If i'm not mistaken LKH has nothing to do with KFC

SAJ is under Syed Mokhtar if not mistaken, but the water charges is freaking high



Those kampung Malays do enjoy some benefit as well, they receive free land from state government (Around 4-6 acres), provide free finance to plant oil palm, free fertilizer etc. This is the reason why Johor remain as stronghold for them all the while, but i'm not sure whether current price is sustainable for them or not

Our inherited land (ancestral, malay reserve, in Johor, road fronting, near Hiway) was alienated by "them" for the so called Orphanage,

it was cleared without any approval frm land office (yellow form). (I was tempted at that time to take them to court of infringement)

Somehow along the way the land office called me that the state Govt offer was lower than the market value of the land.

SO i was relieved for a moment, waiting for what surprise will come next...

well it's true they'll grab every part of johor whenever, wherever they can.
