how to transfer all the layer in one document, to another document 4 Adobe Illustrator?

i created two illustrator file (.ai), both with layers now i wanna transfer 1 of the file all the layers into another file... how??
give example like file a got 10 layers in illustrator file... file b got 5 layers in illustrator file.... now i wanna merge both file together...move the 10 layers in file a to file b mean will be total 15 layers in 1 file.... anyone know how? |

means if 1 document i got 50 over layer....have to do 50 over times? swt....no other better way?
