7ss is the signature skill of Monk... even without hypotical Inna set to reduce all cool down to 50%, the cool down of 7ss should be reduced! 30 seconds cool down! reduce to 15, fine by me!

it still take 50 spirit to cast one! 1/3 of our spirit!!!

The original idea of Monk is to have no cool down... skill only limited to Spirit pool... this is still in the Monk official site:

okay, let's speculate this 1 step further...

assuming cool down has been reduced/remove, the next most important thing is spirit generation... which mean fast IAS monk will be crazy powerful! less than 200k dps? but with high IAS? no problem! cut thru mobs and spam skill like nobody business...

gladfly is a bot... so... he uses 3 spirit generators...

i trust D3UP in this case (regardless if using WOL or not) since normal atk still can crit. in my case, using emerald always better. if your case, ruby is your friend.

in case of waklurina, i simulate a change to emerald 110%, she losts -3,567.36 DPS.

in this case (same like waklurina) ruby is the obvious choice... whether use WOL or not

cannot import your char since your EriN is naked...

in a case where paper dps reduced but WOL damage increase, things become too complicated... how about we talk something else?
