When use WKL, bell is not important. Damage & sustain comes from high APS of SW ticks. And the double sustain hidden weapon had 50%dmg which is sweet for bell.

The easiest mp10 build is TR-bell. You just need 300AR w/o OwE, 3.5k armor w/o STI, & a 5%LS Skorn, and about 4spirit regen from gears.
