QUOTE(terranova @ Apr 20 2006, 12:21 PM) OK. To add on to this thread. worr.. noted. will ask them not too scratch too hard.. hehe. This is a 3-months Live Gold Subscription card. ![]() This is what happens when you are too strong ![]() So not being able to decipher the entire 25-character code = $$ flushed down the toilet. I called up Support and reported my misadventure. Again, I ended up with an ignorant young chap from India. HOW COME ALKT ALWAYS GETS CELESTE AND I END UP WITH INDIAN BOYS!!! Anyway ..... after the usual procedure, explained my situation, keyed-in data into their computer, assigned a Service Request ID, scanned and emailed my damaged card, waaallllllaaaaa the next day they replied and gave me a new code. All is well again .... just salvaged my $. Morale of the story - don't scratch too hard!! |
