[WTA] Is it legal to buy singapore scrap cars?, Need some serious advice here

Recently, met a one seller selling singapore scrap car, and he told me paperwork can be done ahem ahem by JPJ.
I was wondering if JPJ ahem ahem settle the car and give out road tax and etc? is it still safe to drive? in Malaysia??? |
