qualcomm probably gonna transition to 64bit late 2014, by that time samsung already has a head start of 6month?

the question is when will android make the transition 64bit?

if samsung can push the hardware to 64bit to large enough crowd, we'll probably seing android 64bit earliest is 2nd half of 2014?
