use scissor to make a rough cut , then use nail clipper to make a near cut , then file down the rough edge ...
if you have them special clippers its easier |

![]() so far the most tedious and elaborate way i heard of is first use the cutter to cut the part off the tree then cut the stub short enough to use a blade to cut it. after that use a blade to shorten the stub to merely a bum then use sandpaper to file it down. next take paint to hide the white part. man picture using that way to do an MG, it's gonna take months. For more details you can go to gundam thread and ask all those PhD. holders in gundam modelling. |

actually keroro runner are not the same as normal gundam runner..
keroro one are more easy to come out even if you tear it out with your bare hands..(they made it for kids in mind i think). the parts are more close to the runner..while normal gundam, the parts are far from the holding runner and got these small piece of plastic between the runner and the parts. hope you guys can understand what im saying here..hehe and for those white flesh..no matter how hard you try and how careful you cut it from the runner..the white flesh will still be there.. if you are not planning to paint your keroro (which also i think it just a waste of paint to color keroro)..then try this.. 1. wet your finger nails with water 2. then use your wet nails and scractch the white flesh part..to make it less obvious.. |

QUOTE(VincC454 @ Dec 28 2006, 09:30 AM) and for those white flesh..no matter how hard you try and how careful you cut it from the runner..the white flesh will still be there.. you mean remove the parts from the tree ?if you are not planning to paint your keroro (which also i think it just a waste of paint to color keroro)..then try this.. 1. wet your finger nails with water 2. then use your wet nails and scractch the white flesh part..to make it less obvious.. normall i straight use the cutter (as show in the picture at upper floor) cutter cut 2 times it become flat dee, its so much easier =p then after that i use scissors or blade to shave it smooth only cause if use sandpaper, will spoil the surroundin area if not plan to paint, this is the way i do it btw, the rest of my keroro i plan to paint it all and do 'cement' to cover the gap just found a sifo somemore a model shop owner =p |
