My unit is block B low floor. Hopefully they keep it as clean as possible until handover.. fingers crossed..

Got anyone visited Royalle? What's the pricing there?

Any good idea how to cover up the sunken bathtub if I don't want it?

I'm still cracking my head on how to make the sunken bath safer for my naughty kid

Just the timber covers might be a bit heavy and bulky every time taking them in and out of the sunken bath tub

Is Tago going to organise any CNY event at the site this year?

Huh? End of December?! My SPA date was 5th August 2014. That means Tago will need to pay me compensation calculated from day to day at the rate of 10% p.a. of the purchase price from 5th August 2017 onwards, right?

I also just received VP letter, but must wait until my bank release the final payment to the developer first before I can make appointment to collect key. Anyone here already collected keys and how's the quality? what's the LAD compensation resolution the developer proposed?
