Went to Anjali vvip private launch today. 5acres land around 395units. Whole layout look OK OK only. Good selling point is all units got private lobby. 6 floors high carpark... Sibeh high macam midfield...Shit....no basement...

Near Rm600 PSF. Every floor +2k. Only 2 Unit size 1300sf+ and 1700sf+. 4 units per floor. Worth it? min rm780k. Still Thinking of whack 1.

*anjali got 5 blocks. Design macam Similar with dutamas 28. All facilities on top of parking floor. Minimum 2 car parks per unit.1700sq+ got 3 car parks if memory serve me right.... 1700sf start from 990k and above 1 mil+

but need to passby kampung area. susah nak jalan jalan.

design concept looks better than 28 dutamas.

pull back is the need to pass the kampung area... impossible to walk to mk.
future road access will improve? or link to TWY road?

same as your concern of the lift.... only 1 lift. can ar? stil practical? anyone face problem with 1 lift private lobby only?

surrounding i not much worry. will change . mk development is moving deeper slowly till this area. and verdana sure will open a road to connect it.

those silly hilltop buyer always tot they are the most luxury condo... can't even compete with neighbor seni liao in term of luxury. how to compete with serai. some more hilltop sibeh high density compare those real luxury condo.

anjali ceiling height is 11ft. very generous on the ceiling space.
minimum 3-4 levels units gone and turn to ceiling height space for all units.

concerto ceiling height how high?

1300sf come with private lift lobby. never see 1 around mk and this areas.

those mk private lift lobby...unit built up size sibeh big. no less than 1600sf.

want ok size come with private lift lobby. anjali seem like a good choice liao.

for investment or rental...this project don't think ada tulang makan. sibeh jilat. but buy for own stay only ok. i plan to get 1.

at the heart of MK condo unit still many wait to rent out.
sell out 3 years time also kinda hard. condo closer to jalan kiara 3 lagi low price and not so deep in + better environment.

fyi, saw few PH stay at jalan kiara 3 condo.. macam gangsters.

Jalan kiara3 Still can walk. Better pedestrian walkway. Not as good as kiara1 lar of coz.

Scenaria and anjali. Susah sikit. Still need o drive. At wait for it transform. Some jalan Susah expend coz old landed house sudah block for road widening.

this anjali ada more hip and young element in their interior design and concept compare to scenaria.
scenaria is more toward family stay... peacefull... greenery, macam taichi garden etc etc.

buyer profile at anjali came from many place also. penang, melaka, johor, sabah, sarawak...etc. few friends booked some penang some melaka..

guard at almost every corner of the road. sibeh like the environment. old condo unit may need to put more $ to renovate. if anjali.... like u said. only good is semi furnishing unit anytime for you to move it. thats why keeeppp ding dong.
