It won't be and quite impossible bro.

They market this as high end condo. Most of the medium end condo at close to prime area asking from RM 650 psf while those so-so prime location min asking RM 550 psf average and those outskirt are asking RM 400+ psf ...

I think this is never lower than RM 550-600 psf since the sizes reportedly medium big onwards ...

Thanks a lot for your sharing.

That's a decent record and its fair that sizes of 1800+ sf onwards are harder to sell.
