Dont think it will be sub 200k, they offer it like a premium except smaller car they wont bother to come fight VW, they belong to the same group.

hi there,
i am anxiously waiting for mine to be out. SA promised to deliver by last week but having double and triple checked with SA, all the "belum" delivered ones are in the mindst of the correction process and for those delivered, upgrade will be done on next service. don't know how true. (me not expert in all this techi things).

Depends. I used to do my polishing and waxing at Pit Stop TTDI for my previous Vios. Since i was a member, wash, polish and wax was only RM80. They used Maguire's. But surely not the higher end product. Before that i used to do my polishing at Cars International. My Vios had really good paintwork despite being 9 years old. Never had to repaint. Not immaculate but surely very much better than most cars on the road. U only polish once a year with a wax job every 4 months or so depending on your driving conditions.

Anyway, i dont believe in overspending for polishing and coatings. This cost isnt gonna get added on to your car value in the end anwyay. As long as the car is clean and well maintained i guess its sufficient for me.

paints now are so good even home maintenance it's enough to maintain good paintwork

You mean a system like Connex? It's pricey but worth it if you think your car is likely to be stolen. You will almost always recover your car with this system.

I would spend that money if I was driving a BMW M6 but not if it's a Mazda 6 or similar category car.

steal for parts nobody will steal, most likely steal to commit crimes

Newer pedal?

I think he thinks the hanging pedal is 'newer' which actually is inferior to the floor mounted type

Yaya, I dun know how to say the hanging pedal, that y I stated it as newer pedal, hahah....

floor mounted pedals are generally reserved for more expensive cars because they are actually more ergonomic and comfortable for the driver

Blu3,
How does 320i sounds like from outside? I kind of conclude that the gasoline direct injection engine sounds a bit un-petrol like.
*
that's natural characteristic of direct injection engines because of the high pressure and rapid injection

about coating this is my opinin, makes sense or not you decide.

we all know glass is second hardest to diamonds. and glass is made of sand or silica , stone chips and swirl marks are because of scratches. it scratches because dust is nothin more than fine silica.

so how is it possible a 'glass' solution can just be sprayed on and left to dry without any heat or pressure and then claim the hardness is as good as glass. that just defies logic.

and even if it is normal silica is as hard as it and will easily scratch it.

so to me these coatings are just glorified liquid waxes. until someone tells me the car needs to be baked fir few hours to harden it or expose to uv light to hardened, I will not put too much trust on it.

Wonder... Why nobody interested of getting this model?
Seems like, nobody here mention about it.
I like the design, but when i ask the SA about the order.
They told me nobody ordering it....
Is anyone here make an order for this model?

wagons not popular in malaysia but be informed the wagon has less room for the rear passengers because the car is actually SHORTER than the sedan.

The wagon is for europe and the sedan for america. Coincidentally the wagon actually handles better than the sedan because of shorter wheelbase and diff suspension setup.

And lastly pricing, at 196k the pijot 508 GT is a definite winner for me, esp the diesel engine

In the case of the M6 Wagon, only the boot/trunk space is shorter. Shorter but larger in volume vs the sedan. Having sat in the wagon, I don't think the leg room for passenger is compromised.
*
no the car is physically shorter check mazda malaysia specs page, the sedan is 4865mm the wagon is 4800mm only

Here are the two comparisons, look at the where the door meets the C pillar, notice how the wagon is almost vertical like they have squeezed the car

Warning huge image.
