As a responsible buyer myself, I would advise to always look & analyse most car offered and not only check the purchase price, but overall car ownership cost when you're deciding to buy a car.

As for the competition in the market, Toyota & Honda have been in market for very long, and hence their brand & image is already imprinted in most people's mind while other brands will need to play catch up.

As for the car styling & interior, I can only say "Beauty is in the eye of the beholder"

Yeah, i too considering Peugeot 508SW 1.6T. Cheaper by 20K. But, i think it is too high tech and too many electronics control button. Its looks very grand and smooth. But when i think of reliability & maintenance  rclxub.gif .

So, i still think Japanese Car is more reliable & more practical in Malaysia.

Hope i will not regret to have my 1st MAZDA of Touring/Wagon.  hmm.gif

Anyone can let me know where to get this car in earliest (I dun like RED or White)...

TQ ALL.

As for Mazda, don't forget the 3 years TOTAL FREE Maintenance program that comes with your car. Engine Oil, Filters and labors are free. Essentially, when you take your Mazda for a service in any Mazda Service center, you don't need to pay a single cent, unless you wanted to upgrade from Semi synth oil to Full Synthetic.

As for touring/Wagon, We have the Red Soul in stock, but if you would like other colors, if you can PM me, I can check for you when would be the fastest.

For the 2.5, there's ready but LIMITED stock for ALL other colors EXCEPT Soul Red.

For the 2.0L, apparently I guess the cars sunk into the bottom of the ocean while travelling here from Japan. ---- sigh ----

M6 2.0 REALLY sold out crazily fast after launch. The next batch which was recently released also sold out. The next batch coming in, expected July. Not sure if its all sold out or not, but expect at least 70% sold out.

So please make your booking fast to avoid a longer waiting period.

The 2.5L is also very good with the full features, sunroof, BOSE speakers & 2.5L SKYActive engine, which is definitely worth the extra.

Also for 2.5L, except Soul Red, maximum of 1month waiting period. Can be less if all documentation are done fast.

FYI, Bermaz is under Berjaya Group. Sime darby is not handling the Mazda brand.

Also, import duties for cars @ 2.5L is already at 0% (correct me if I'm wrong), its the excise duties that's expensive (ranges from 75% - 105% + )

Yes I bought the insurance. I will contact you for appointment later when i am freer. Can it be done on Saturday or only during weekdays?

I am fixing it today at Dr Cermin first for temporary measure.
*
We can only order the parts during weekdays. As Bermaz Part center only works Mon-Fri. Here's my advice,

1. Bring your car into our SC.
2. We will do all necessary documentation & photo taking to assist you in claiming the insurance.
3. Order parts
4. Advise you on when to return for fixing & completion date & time. (3hrs ago I checked, there's stock)

So don't worry about the insurance thing as we will claim it for you. Kindly contact 03-9221 8993 to inform our friendly Service ppl to assist you with appointment.

For the M6 2.5, there's practically only 2weeks waiting period.

For the M6 2.0, if you've booked early, should be end July. However, for certain dealers, due to low bookings, you might be able to get your car around End July (color dependant though).

Alternatively, just book the car first, and if waiting time too long, cancel it with a full refund. All you need is write in with a cancellation request, and you're supposed to get your refund check within 2 weeks +/-

Just like the CX-5 CBU, everyone was waiting for the CRV launch, and after that shifted back to CX-5 to only find out its already sold out. Hu hu hu.

Anyone need assistance in booking the M6 2.0 & 2.5 , pm me ho ho ho.

Lucifal,

Interested in CX5 but now i understand its only CKD version available.
Can Mazda install the BOSE sound system for me? Is it sold seperately?

BTW I love the new Mazda6, but its a bit out of my budget as I fancy 2.5 version.
*
As previous post mentioned, it would be better for aftermarket system.

PM me if you're looking for a CX-5 and want to play with upgrades.

Dear all early batch of owner,
3 month has passed, remember the early days when "we wash the day twice daily" and now wash once fortnightly and in the love of tribos, we wash our car with plain water only.

Anyone start to go at the roadside car wash already? Is your coating still ok?
*
Just some correction, you will still need to use Shampoo to wash your car, no matter what coating it uses. As the best shampoo in the market for any car are PH neutral shampoo.

Just water only is not sufficient.

As for Tribos, they do sell a kit consisting of Shampoo + Detailing spray. Its good for around 20-30 washes (1cap per 1/2 pail) and spray it on area you want to shine. Wipe it off with a good cloth and your car should be as good as showroom condition!!
