idle around 36-39c
max load temp would be around 63-67c...
hihihih...no lar...
erm..a few guys here...view the intel thread to know more....
no lar...maybe it is actually downclock a lot...

the problem with DDR2 and my mobo is that it cant run at 1:1 which is supposed to be DDR 133 while FSB at 133 aLSO....if i set the ram at that speed...my overclocking would be around 3.0gig only....

icon_idea.gif I think many people misunderstood the FSB and ram speed concept.Your Processor in default speed is 2.66GHz,which only 533MHz FSB(133Mhz QDR).After you overclock to 3.9Ghz,which is 788Mhz(196Mhz QDR),even lower than P4 single core 800Mhz FSB processor.RAM run at 533Mhz(266Mhz DDR)DDR RAM speed is higher than QDR speed,so your ram run at 1:1 ratio is the most optimum speed, even though you can run at default speed(533Mhz@266QDR),there is not boost in any benchmark,if you not believe, you can find the motherboard that run FSB speed asyncronize to RAM speed and test it.My board have this features, below is my spec

*****************************************************
Pentium 4 531 3.0Ghz@3.75Ghz@1000Mhz FSB(1.55Vcore@Stock Intel Cooler)
ASUS P5ND2-SLI Motherboard
2x512MB Corsiar Value Select DDR2 533Mhz 4-4-4-12-16-1T @ 667Mhz 4-4-4-9-9-1T(2.05V)
2xWestern Digital SATA2 80GB Striping Raid
1xMaxtor Diamond MAX10 SATA 160GB
2xAlbatron 6600GT SLI
I-cute 480W PSU
*****************************************************

You can see that my FSB already OC to 1000Mhz,212Mhz highest than your FSB,which means 250Mhz QDR,so with my ram in 533Mhz,266Mhz DDR,I already can achive almost maximum performance of my RAM,because QDR speed Already nearly match the DDR speed, which means I only "waste" 32Mhz of the RAM potential speed. If I downclock my RAM to 500Mhz only or OC to 667Mhz,my ram performance will be the same as 533Mhz.So thats why the extreme edition of Intel is introduce,it FSB is 1066Mhz,which can consume all the potential of 533Mhz ram.So I do not understand why people are more prefer to use the higher clock speed ram or OC the ram too much such as 667Mhz,800Mhz and 1066Mhz ram,for me,doing this only WASTING MONEY,KILL YOUR COMPONENT and last WASTING MONEY again.Later I will post my test result here.Thats my opinion,if I state it wrongly or U guys have diffferent opinion, welcome for your reply...

If you are not care about the overclock tweaking features, just buy the Intel 945 Chipset motherboard,is cost around RM300-400,Cheap,easy to use and stable,It already suit you a lot....
