The h6315 uses a very slow processor in the sub 100Mhz range (I think it's 144Mhz). At that speed, the video is bound to lag especially since the device is running WinMob.

My test with TCPMP (betaplayer) can play 320*240 hi quality asf video than windows media mobile. The cpu set to power save mode - 208Mhz.

you can try TCPMP here

From what I know, the 6315 uses a Samsung processor and its optimized not for performance but battery life unlike the Intel PXA Bulverde used in Axims. I think you're out of luck. You'll have to live with smaller lower resolution videos, I guess.

The WinMobile quite lagger compare to TCPMP, - Ive try it too

I got flawlessly playback with TCPMP, my advise download pocket divx converter & use TCPMP, both is user friendly & free
