i am doing my dissertation proposal and i am stuck with it!

my title is - the importance of internet advertising..

and i have lots of useful journals regarding the effectiveness of internet advertising

so what should i write for my research problems? what are the key issues i should highlight?

journals articles is to support my research problems right?

can the problems/ key issues like
1. Tv, billboards advertising can reach more audience
2. internet advertising can be lack of information
3. some company website not updated
4. budgeting problems

with these problems then i support it with the effectiveness of internet advertising.. ok ar?
