QUOTE(chungliwen @ Apr 14 2013, 08:53 PM) If you haven't signed into Google Music before this and have trouble getting into Google Music now, You'll need a VPN (or something to make you seem like you're in the USA) for the first time sign-in only. So with Google music, I no need to store music in my phone? I store in the cloud then stream it? Will it take up loads of data? Now they've got a new requirement to prove that you're in the USA, which is to check for a USA credit card number, but I managed to Google for a solution to it. It sounds a little silly, but it worked for me: http://www.androidcoliseum.com/2013/01/how...-in-canada.html Hope this helps. I find Google Music a service similar to iTunes Match/Cloud that I'm used to. |

By default it'll be stored in the cloud. To play it, you can stream it directly via the cloud. Alternatively (to preserve data usage), you can mark certain albums to "Store on Device" so that it'll be available offline; or chose to "Stream via WiFi only". |

Yes, you can stream it or store it locally. I'm not sure of the bandwidth requirements when you stream it, since I rarely stream, and if I stream, I'm on Wi-Fi, since the data connection usually isn't fast enough for me.I personally just pin the playlist and it downloads the songs on my phone to be stored locally, which is what I prefer, since I have enough space on my phone. Hope this helps. |
