Don't think so.Asian countries using different band as far as I know,
Even if you can connect to the Maxis or whatever LTE frequency you can find, there's a problem.Nexus 4 lacks the LTE amplifier which makes the Nexus 4 LTE signal reception spotty at best.Unreliable signal can cause battery drain.
IMHO better just live with HSPDA+.It provide reasonable speed.

Thanks super_evil_alien and iceman31 for the info.

Sounds like my old SII. Could have something to do with its proximity sensor. Check if its turned on, switch it off if it is and try again.

Clean your Nexus 4 proximity sensor.
Make sure it is not blocked by screen protector or dirt.

I haven't bought the phone yet. I played with it yesterday at the mall and I was impressed with its performance & fluidity.

I'm just worried that it won't be as smooth down the road. Currently I'm using the iPhone 5 but the apps that I use all the time are from google hehe.
*
Using it for few weeks, so far very smooth. Not sure is it because of the superb roms. I doubt this phone will lag if the rom is optimized well.

Frankly there isn't any best ROM.. Just which suits you better. Best is to try it yourself. You can't go wrong with some of the popular ROM like Cynogenmod, AOKP, Xylon or Paranoid Android.

Personally off all I feel Paranoid Android offer the most fancy and cynogen being the most stable.

However, personally I am running on Xylon which has a little of everything. Just nice for my use.

Best try it yourself bro. Enjoy....

As far as I know the application crashes usually related to ROMs.
Your phone already been unlocked & rooted right? To flash kernel you just have to go to recovery & flash from the phone. No need to mess with command prompt.
ADB working means your "Path" & driver is working correctly. In order to work with fastboot mode you need to put your phone in fastboot mode. You can do it from either reboot straight to bootloader mode which available in majority of custom rom or starting you phone while pressing power button + volume down.

I've said this some time ago.Don't bother using the toolkits. The toolkit sometime updated late & might not work with certain computers/os.
Better learn adb/command prompt/fastboot method to unlock bootloader/flash recovery/root

I'm kinda lost with your question.
Your internal memory is wiped right? What does it have to with driver?
If you taking about adb driver then the driver is installed in computer os.ADB/fastboot will continue working even if you flash your phone.

i can try, but i afraid it will somehow crash the original firmware and make the phone won't be able to start up or something worse =(

Always do a nandroid back up before you try anything. Good to keep at least a stock nandroid.

On top of that use titanium backup to keep a copy of all your apps and content.

With these 2 in place you can be pretty assured. Flash away!
