there's an app called packet relay transfer tool from 3ds eshop which allow to play 3ds monhun online by using wii u as 'orang tengah'
no need to grab wii u version of monhun, but you have to use wii/wiiu ethernet adapter (cannot via wifi)

I see, kinda new to this, use the Wii just to go online la, but still playing on the 3DS not Wii U? Or can upscale the game to my HDTV

Wondering if there is any gathering in KL area or Ampang/Cheras. PJ sooo far

O.o and I have hunters coming from Wangsa Maju, Sentul and all the way from Nilai LOL

playing on the 3DS, going online via Wii U. the Wii U can't go online while you're playing the 3DS, and you need a Wii/Wii U Lan Adapter for this functionality - Wii U is connected to the internet via Lan Cable, 3DS is connected to the Wii U via WiFi

No point buying Wii U if you are going to play on the 3DS. So excited can't wait for my Wii U to arrive tomorow and thanks for all the info.

I'm inspired. Perhaps I should get the WiiU MonHun version first and stare at it long enough for me to justified getting the console.

Or I could just relearned the Japanese language and wait for MonHun 4 for the 3DS.

For me as the Host, its important to have a venue with lots of power points as well as ease of travel, parking and food.
No point gathering elsewhere if we cannot charge our sets.

If you think its far and not convenient, I had a hunter who came all the way from Nilai weekly.
