Got my KSC-75. Thanks CooBra.
Yah bad packaging, nice sounding headphones.
As good as it sounds straight out from my ESI U24, it sounds even better on the mini-EPH amp.
I don't find it sounds like a Grado though on my system....

QUOTE(ijan @ Apr 14 2006, 09:42 PM) too many fan club edi.. neways, no way in hell is 805 better (or as good for the sake of conversation) than 895, tested both n the difference is there, worth the extra rm100..i think wat the mikechai is saying the ksc75 compared to SHP805. The KSC-75 does beat the SHP805 IMHO, just not significantly. That's with amplification. The SHP805 is more neutral, flat, boring or whatever. The Koss is more colored, engaging and more fun to listen to. KSC-75 is also harder to drive than the SHP805. Would like to see what PcWork thinks. *edit* Both the KSC-75 and SHP805 not fully burned in yet. KSC-75 about 5 hours, SHP805 about 1 hour only. *update 15/04/2006* The SHP805 is getting better after more burn in. So things might change.
