HD497 n HP890 is not worth buying?
I regret selling my HD497 to my friend...

I bought two of them for less than RM300... hahahaha
So if KSC75 were to cost like RM110, i would haf gone like 'WTF!!'...
Not to mention where's the clarity of this thing... its way off though better than most earphone...

IMO, its overhype... it become like must get item...
Its just that I dont quite like how it sound...

1. Sound very thin...
2. Zero soundstage
3. Harsh...

But the bass is good for sure n it just doesnt haf the clarity compared to HP890 and HD497... it can blast but doesnt impress me much... so thats why i said its not worth buying for RM110... but for RM65, still okay lor...

well, it doesnt mean its mono when i said it has zero soundstage...
since you haf listen to HP890, I tot u would haf the same impression...
when u listen to 890, it sound like a hall or something... sounds doesnt play inside your head... but ksc75 is playing directly between the ears... ouch....

it depends on what you are comparing to...
if you had a full headphone b4, then u will have difference opinion...

Dun get what u mean... are u trying to say this is my first bright headphone? Dont u think HP890 is bright too?

Anyway, BRIGHT, THIN, HARSH are different....
HP890 is somewhat bright... but KSC75 is harsh esp with the volume crank up... if moderate level, consider okay la but sounds the same, thin.....

I said it's a crap IF I've bought one for RM110... why? I bought HP890 for RM109... GOT it?? Thats why I said its still okay when you buy one for RM70...

It also can b the other way around...
Less critical about it bcos you bought it cheap...

Anyway, most important aspect still remain with user la...
If he's happy with it, its already worth it...
I still use it when I need mobility... just that I wont use it at home lor...
Not good enough to satisfy me...

as for why I rate it this or that, just my own preference ma...
mayb i read too blardy good to believe reviews here that make my expectation too high... some said 5X better ABC, some said better clarity n vocal than ABC..

None i found is true... except for the BASS level... *sigh*
And on top of that, I just cant take its harsh sound bcos im using it with my santa cruz soundcard... santa cruz are known to have mellow sound and yet its still quite harsh... if use with AV710, dont want to imagine...

Another one is virgin set.. no yet open or molested by me..
Will sell the virgin set for RM65.. but COD in my area or use POSLAJU for another RM10 (cant remember but Irwan said RM5 for poslaju n another 4-5 for box)..

Impressed certainly doesnt fit KSC75 at all...

I tot its the opposite... having soundstage make it more comfortable than having one that play the sound inside your head... like KSC75
