K1k price is like a joke to those American, europeans hard core headfiers. Their amps and source are more expensive than K1k.

Hey, a question for all you KSC-75 fans out there:

*rant*

At first, I was eyeing the Sennheiser HD201 closed headphones. I went down to a shop to give it a try, but I didn't really like it, cos I felt that it really REALLY lacked bass. So I bought a pair of Behringer HPS3000 (closed, circumaural) headphones to give it a try, and I felt the sound was "fuller", and the bass was stronger. But after about an hour of use, it felt really uncomfortable. The headphones were heavy, bulky, had a really high clamping force which I did not notice until about an hour of use, and well, I thought circumaural headphones were meant to be more comfy, but I felt like my ears were being suffocated. The top of my head also hurt a little because it's so heavy. My ears sweat a little. And I get "hat hair". When I bend down, I feel as though the headphones are gonna fall off my head. Every time I took off the headphones I felt a sense of relief.

*end rant*

So, how is the sound quality of the KCS-75 vs the Sennheiser HD201 and Behringer HPS3000?

Also, are these headphones light? Cos for me, the lighter it is = the more comfortable. I need to be able to lie down with them. I want them to be light and comfortable, because I will be using them for hours on my computer, listening to music and movies.

Another question, when u bend down or move your head up, do you feel like the headphones are gonna fall off?

I'm using the Behringer HPS3000 and it feels like it can fall off anytime I bend down. I hate it lol.

Also, this headphones cost about RM100+- right? Does it beat headphones that cost around RM200-RM240?

And and and... suitable to wear at home ah? I will be using them at home only, not for outdoor use. Are portables as good as fullsized headphones?

ok
shameless Koss Fan Boy come liao.
there's some user reported that KSC75 is still king of budget headphone compare to other headphone sub RM 150. =) especially amped. then no fight.
u can refer to themanificientguy. beringer i can't comment though.
if u adjust the earclip properly it is very comfort, and i don't have problem of fall off. but there's some of my friend complain the headphone can fall off. but note that the earclip is the type flexible one, u can bend it to wat ever shape u want, even to hang at ur nose also no problem.
and it's lightestes headphone i ever use. check my signature for the list of headphone i have now.
it is suitable to wear at home, and i am using it as my portable now. it's best portable headphone imho besides ATH-ES5. however ES5 is much more expensive. and not as comfortable as ksc75.

even though ksc75 might look small, it's using 50mm driver, which is same size with a lot of full headphone driver. only different is the acoustic chamber is smaller.
and some high end headphone even using 40mm driver only. so performance wise, i still consider it as a full size headphone, rather than a clip on =P
usually sony / Audiotechnica clip on were using 30-38mm driver.

hope that helps u
however, i do recommended that you TEST the earphone before u buy it.
=)

yalah! can do 2 units with that price! at $64, it is around the same price as Audio Technica ATH-FC5, Beyerdynamic DTX30, Sennheiser PMX60, Sennheiser CX300, AKG K26P!

but it's ok, I found an ebay seller that sells it for $35 (RM98) including australian express shipping (means i get it the next day yay).

wah, things here are really expensive sad.gif if i didn't check the price for the ksc75 properly, i could have kena con until worst than some of the most expensive shops in msia!

what do you mean "for senheiser PMX60 , PX100, and PX200" ?

i know, i want to test it out as well. but i can't find any shop here here selling it!

anyways i'm just a noob, and i'm looking for cheap + good headphones to start out. i didn't like the sennheiser hd201 because the bass was too weak. that's the only thing i know how to hear hahahaha... shylah. i've seen alot of good reviews for the ksc75, and maybe i thought i should give it a gamble/try.

The KSC75 should give u ample bass
But if you're still not satisfied u could try the Senn PX100 instead or the PortaPro
