the mall will be flooded with foreigners i guess ..it is quite clouded on jalan impian ehsan after working hours as many cars trying to access the road.

I doubt developer can get End Financing loan at 90% leh.. PSF base on SPA price very high.. IMO..

coz duno whether this is low - med - high class type ....

Vina @ BTHO b4 rebate is rm500psft.

<RM400psft for this one amerin end financing is possible.

I think this one is not BBB but just B only. Kitchen cabinet sure small and cheap for the whole thing baru 800++ sf ... so how big can the kitchen be. Price psf seem a bit high even with 20% rebate. Hope they throw in DIBS too when launching.

Keen on group buy too if got further discount.
