The stretch of balakong -silk will slowly transform. The factory owner and landlord will soon sold their land to developer who agressively active in there. There are many factory about to move further down to lekas.kajang.area .for them is consider upgrade.

Lets see.

There are 3 access ways to go to KL (sg besi, MRR2 and Cheras Kajang highway), still, the traffic a bit of problem at the time all people are going to work and after work. Anyway, i think whole Kl is facing the same problem at these hours.

Personally i think this can be a very good investment.

Agreed to you Sir. The factory owners will sell their land for good profits since they can open up a factory at anyplace cheaper.
