Yes, i believe he is using 3rd party scam, and he is well known of this tactic of scam. As what he post here just this 1-2 days to alert other ppl. maybe to makes ppl believe that he will never do that i guess.

TS,I think you're a bit impatient,cause sometimes my LYN shows that I'm online whenever I'm not,and also sometimes I'm online,but busy to reply the PM,so I reply later,most of my customers have no problem with this,next time just wait at least 1 day for seller to reply

Two possibilities,seller is very busy to reply(sometimes also takes me 1 day to reply as a seller),his phone no battery or got problem, but I think its no one's fault for now

I received the phone this morning. Got only phone, earphone and box. No data cable, charger adapter, casing, receipt and warranty card as promised.  The phone condition is quite good coz no scratches in screen but got few hairline scratches on back. Not 9.9/ 10 as advertised.  The phone battery is totally flat when I received it.  So I charge it at home. When I plug in the charger then htc logo appear but its stuck there until now. Shit. I thought my problem is settle already. So how can send it for repair? Seller not provide me the documentation... .
