My xbox one just arrive at shah alam and order from amazon us last thursday. Is it no tax? cause it did not indicate go through KLIA or LCCT first.

If I not mistaken tax were paid by amazon if u buy from them..

If not normally the pos office will call u up say u got item arrive n need clarification from u for the item and bill you on the spot to take the item.. This is my pass experience la.. They ask u what's in it n open it up..

The price is just right, IMO not really a bargain. Afterall it sounds like a standard SKU with "futurteonicxb1 Play & charge kit" (wut wuz dat?)

Its like rechargeable pack for the controller i think, cost around 20-30 aud here..

I read from Internet says that xboxone will not be supported in Asia and I waiting for the official launch is such an agony. As I keep on checking online if my Xboxlive account will work with those imported xboxone that is sold locally.

AUD598 is around RM1814.18.... and basically it sound just right if you ordered your console from US....

of course not compared to MY retail price....MY retail price cheapest can get is RM1.9K with Titanfall...

It works on asian account. and IF it fails you, migrate your account to US is just clicks away~~~~

The only incompatibility is some movie apps and the god forsaken power brick which required a transformer if your's is the cheaper US unit

Well the launch will make it officially supported at least. I think your Asian Live account should work, BUT it's possible you can't use Kinect voice commands. My friend in Ireland just got his XB1 last week, and he was telling me he can't use the Voice commands. His Kinect works, but only with video+gesture, and as a microphone. I'm using a US account, so I have no problems with Kinect.

Thanks you guys are very helpful. I am very much on playing fifa14 ultimate team. I just think I needed a better experience on xbox1 as I have enjoyed it very much/too much haha on xbox360.

Any of you guys have the Australian version? Voltage the same?

Mine is technically from Ireland, which is 230V. But Australia has same voltage as Malaysia, 240V. You'll be fine.
