I guess u short of sun light. Either u consume more vitamin d3, but i highly recommend u go under sun at least 30min a day. Try it 2-3 days u will feel different. Don't tell me u scare your skin become dark or what. You shouldn't play any device 1hour before sleep. Sunlight is free. Try it. Recommend 8am in the morning before 10am. If cannot, anytime also ok de.
