Besides transferring the data (sms, contacts, etc) from my nokia to s3 mini, is there anything I should be looking out for? Do i install the apps first, or it doesn't matter?

Buy A decent class 10 micro sd. For apps, just installed what you need only. Cuz most of the apps are free.

I bought nillkin clear sp. Matte not really good on 4 inch screen.

Matte SP sucks IMHO. It spoils the clarity of the screen.

Yes thats why i prefer clear screen because it has SAMOLED
