did i done any things wrong ?

yup....he did offer me the phone and at the same time he also help me to sell my NK6230 (really Appreciate he do that) and i received a sms from him on last saturday evening n ask me to bring my phone to meet him up at melaka and i tot him that i need some time to backup my stuff in my phone (because b4 this he never info me when we will proceed with the deal, in this case if i request more time, am i rite ? ) and i also left my bluet tooth device in my office and i going up to KL at next morning so he also asked me to give a confirmation date and i tot he to meet up on monday nite and u know what he juz reply me "Then contact me tat time"...

so do you all thing our deal still valid ? he never info me tat he has sell to others forumer untill i sms yesterday nite....?

i also will aware on this ..... to make sure next buyer whether his is giving me enough of time to backup my staff and no dealing with nervous ppl.

dealing in LYN is good but some time buyer/seller attitude will screw up the deal and this is my first time where by the deal has been broken up.

what you mean tat i "never commit" ... when the time he ask me to meet up tat nite .... i have tot him that i dont have the phone box and charger with me ....coz i did status that the phone is come with box, hand free and charger...... and also telling that i going up to KL on next day morning ...and it will be very rush for me to get the phone box (coz the fon box i had left in the office) it this my fault or i should carry the box and charger any where i go ?

i already give a conformation date to him .... and also ask he that "we make it on monday, it is ok 2 u" and he juz reply "when contact me tat time" so u think this is so call "never commit" ?

i'm not to argue what in here .... is juz to let you all kow the whole story ... i believe that i have done what i need to be done and i dont think is my fault to ask for more time to transfer my staff .....

what u mean better .... as long as we understand ...than should not be no problem , i know what u mean ..... but in this case i dont think the deal was broken up becoz of the language or communication barrier.... do u agree ?

if one of the party is not reponsible on they action .... no matter how good we communicate in BI or BM or tamil ... end up also useless ..... that's y we need a deal

actually i never think of to open a tread to discuss this topic .... since he has started than i juz join in .....

i have the right to do what i want to do b4 i trade my fon and i never give any nonsense reason to delay the deal.

i will find a better and gentlemen to deal with.... and go luck to you in your next deal
