Ok, thing goes like this.

One week ago, i wish to sell my 6600.
Then he asked me whether can trade with his 6230 or not. At first i tell him to sell his 6230 first, then only buy from me. But i don't know why, he said it's hard.

Ok, since he's quite sincere n he's from melaka too, so i decided to help him post the thread to sell his 6230. Ok, there's one forummer pm me(azrko), and said he is coming to melaka next tuesday to COD with me. So, on that night, friday night, i sms alvin ask him whether can trade on friday night or not. (he give me top - up and trade in his 6230 with my 6600, so i sell 6230 to azrko), at first, he agreed that meet on 9.30pm. But then, sms me ask me the price can cheaper or not. I said can't...Then i dunno why, he suddenly said contact me on monday...Ok, i replied him "Contact me on monday". I am quite frustrated coz i promised azrko to meet on tuesday....(at last i told azrko the 6230 is unavailable coz i not sure alvin still wan trade or not)

Now the 6600 already sold to other forummer..then just now he sms me that ask me trade on tomoro. After i told him that 6600 had been sold, he said i am bad seller and wanna report in LYN..

So...did i have any wrong?!?!??!?!

no it's not your fault, alvin should deal wit it already coz he's the one miss ur offer..

Wahhh no way this alvin would surely convince us ere that ur a bad seller.If he oredi give u a deposit then that is another storyla.U cant expect all ere are good buyer and seller most of thE time.Well some are actually.Its ur thing well u have the rite to sell to anyone.Its ur rights.For cryin out loud,thing like this also happens arr OMG!!!!

yup....he did offer me the phone and at the same time he also help me to sell my NK6230 (really Appreciate he do that) and i received a sms from him on last saturday evening n ask me to bring my phone to meet him up at melaka and i tot him that i need some time to backup my stuff in my phone (because b4 this he never info me when we will proceed with the deal, in this case if i request more time, am i rite ? ) and i also left my bluet tooth device in my office and i going up to KL at next morning so he also asked me to give a confirmation date and i tot he to meet up on monday nite and u know what he juz reply me "Then contact me tat time"...

so do you all thing our deal still valid ? he never info me tat he has sell to others forumer untill i sms yesterday nite....?

both parties do not have valid confirmation, learn a proper way to deal next time.

IMVHO both parties at fault
1) this alvin never commit
2) you never confirm with him whether he is still interested and/or tell him that there are other more serious buyers

Ok, is my fault to din clear the things to u, alvin.
Next time, i won't let any ppl who is not sincere at all to deal with me. I will reject him immediately. (The 6600 is now sold to cyberjaya guy, i have to go cyberjaya personally from melaka to COD with him, not money issue, because i feel he is more sincere to buy my phone)

Don't ever accuse that i am bad seller. you can ask wwlai87 about my dealing attitude

P/S:I have to be more beware when dealing in LYN.

i also will aware on this ..... to make sure next buyer whether his is giving me enough of time to backup my staff and no dealing with nervous ppl.

dealing in LYN is good but some time buyer/seller attitude will screw up the deal and this is my first time where by the deal has been broken up.
