my xperia z also didnt use any SP, no scratch till now no matter how rough i bump the phone on the cupboard, table, bla bla

i find it pretty difficult to off the phone. i mean shut down. whenever i tried, it just resulted in screen off. the screenshot option is via the shut down option too. zzz..

erm, they wrap with the "service" paper... u will get a white one, the pink n yellow wrap together with warranty card & your phone...

u try taking out the 3 stickers 1st, dont put too long, after intact more hard to take out...teach u a method, use hairdryer blow at the stickers then peel out slowly while blowing at it

you just hold the power button only right? for my case out of 50 trials, maybe once i managed to get the prompt.
