Bought 1 during January 2014. Seem like the sales for this development is very slow, and setia haruman dont bother to advertise their development. The only attraction is the d'pulse shopping center beside it! tongue.gif

I only heard about kanvas development early of this month, din really check that up.

For centrus, those cheap unit all sold out edi.. only left high floor soho and duplex during early of Jan 2014. Mine is 355k for a highfloor 450sqft small soho. With DIBS + 10% rebate + 2 car parks + refunable downpayment of Rm 2k upon completion. tongue.gif

The things that convinced me is the location and setia haruman is the master developer of cyberjaya (gov sure have some link on this as i can say). And some observation on the surrounding development. blush.gif Let me know if you wish to know my personal view on the surrounding.

Wish u good luck...CBD phase 1,2 is pretty dead area if u ask me...hope this can revitalize it... Setia haruman/mk land a lot of hits and miss project thou...quite high risk development...

Actually i visit CBJ last 3 week. I found out Shaftsbury doing badly. Dpulze also less people, but the anchor tenant consider not bad for Dpulze.

Its bcoz cbj are catering working adults... most of the shops/restaurant are doing their business during working hours only.. Sunday most of the shops/restaurants are close on Sunday... so if you wanna visit cyberjaya.. try to visit on Saturday.. Not Sunday.. especially shaftbury...

I noticed that Centrus Soho has stopped building the Soho 1 after third floor.
Even Cybersquare or Hyve has almost completed their units even they started late compared with Centrus Soho.
It has already been few months and there are some falling fence of wires above third floor.
You may notice that from accetera's post previously.

Cares to verify anyone?

No idea on the Soho. Btw, I saw Hops and Grapes banner there previously. R they open already?

Centrus mall if have good marketing and management team can ride on dpulze to pull crowd. It should complement each other. If both malls doing well, the shops around that area also will have more business.

Dpulze shld buy over centrus mall and let dpulze management handle.. Build a bridge to linked both building...

yes, recently can see lots of progress, easily reach 8-9th floor already... previously it was on 3rd floor and stagnant for many months.

This is a hidden gem. Not many ppl paying attention to this development. By the time it's ready, the location has it's advantage. Hope centrus mall will have tenant and operational by then.

But this developer doesnt have strong track fecord in commercial though....

Personal preference. To me those walking distance to Dpulze is good location. Beside it is a mini park and surrounded by commercials. Also it's near to Cyber park/offices around CBJ.

Not near to MRT doesnt mean it's not good.

Units selling as low as 260k, worth to buy?

Just when I thought I know all the names of the studio in cyber, suddenly an agent asked me whether interested to view this.

More than 10 different brands of studio in cyber, is this overoversupply?

Anyone know what happened or what are the plans for Centrus Mall? seems quiet and it made the Centrus Soho very quiet as well.

Rental RM1200, if ID furnish nicely fetching up to RM1500.
