Wish u good luck...CBD phase 1,2 is pretty dead area if u ask me...hope this can revitalize it... Setia haruman/mk land a lot of hits and miss project thou...quite high risk development...

Commercial land area don t think can built condo thr...best is service apartment or soho-sovo-sofo-sohai

My guess is tough times ahead for many other mall in cj.

Only dpulze doing well....

Shaftsbury also doing badly...i visit last sunday n a lot of closed shop n empty unit....

Not many ppl as well

But this developer doesnt have strong track fecord in commercial though....

And their concet for this project not strong enough....
