Commercial land area don t think can built condo thr...best is service apartment or soho-sovo-sofo-sohai

Centrus Mall to be open by October/November 2015.

The Soho will be done by November 2016. Any new buyers here?

Hi can you share with us who are the tenants in the mall pls?
Any anchor tenants like giant / Tesco / jusco etc?

Only dpulze doing well....

Shaftsbury also doing badly...i visit last sunday n a lot of closed shop n empty unit....

Actually i visit CBJ last 3 week. I found out Shaftsbury doing badly. Dpulze also less people, but the anchor tenant consider not bad for Dpulze.

how is the anchor tenant list for Centrous Mall??

Shaftsbury is crowded during working day lunch hours hahaha but very less people during weekend.

Its bcoz cbj are catering working adults... most of the shops/restaurant are doing their business during working hours only.. Sunday most of the shops/restaurants are close on Sunday... so if you wanna visit cyberjaya.. try to visit on Saturday.. Not Sunday.. especially shaftbury...

I noticed that Centrus Soho has stopped building the Soho 1 after third floor.
Even Cybersquare or Hyve has almost completed their units even they started late compared with Centrus Soho.
It has already been few months and there are some falling fence of wires above third floor.
You may notice that from accetera's post previously.

Cares to verify anyone?
